Q: Where are you located?
A: Cascade Rental Center is located on the South side of E Fulton St. in Ada, MI between Spaulding Ave. and Kulross Ave. For more information, click on the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the page to view a map.

Q: Is a deposit required to reserve rentals?

A: Generally, all orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Q: How can I pay for my rental order?
A: Rental fees and security deposits can be paid by using cash or credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover). Checks are also accepted when secured with a credit card. Only companies with established credit accounts can be invoiced for their rental contract. 
Q: When is payment due for a customer pick-up?
A: All pick-up payments are due at the time of pick-up.
Q: When is payment due for my delivery?
A: ALL delivery orders require a credit card number to hold all rentals. This card will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit fee when booked, and the remaining balance one day prior to the delivery date, unless another payment option (i.e. cash or check) is provided to us.
Q: What does the delivery charge include?
A: Cascade Rental Center will deliver and pick-up equipment from a loading dock, receiving door, or a garage. Steps, elevators, or deliveries more than 60 feet from the truck will incur extra charges. Cascade Rental Center will not deliver equipment inside your home. The delivery and pick-up service requires a 4 hour window. 
Q: Does Cascade Rental Center setup and takedown tables and chairs?
A: This service is available for an additional fee and must be arranged through the office prior to delivery.
Q: How long can I keep the rentals and only be charged one time?
A: Our rental prices are based on a single event. If your event is longer than a single day or rentals are used for multiple events, they are subject to additional fees. The standard rental period is one day prior to your event, to one day after (the day the rentals are due back) for convenience. 
 Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve the rentals I want?
A: There is no such thing as "too early". The earlier you place your order the better chance those items will be available to you. All Items are subject to availability.
 Q: When do I need to give you my final quantities for my rental?
A: Cascade Rental Center must have your final quantities TWO DAYS prior to the date of delivery or the date of pick-up.
 Q: Do I have to wash the dishes, flatware, food equipment, and linen before I return them?
A: All china, glassware, silverware, and food equipment needs to be rinsed free of any food debris or liquid before returned. If any listed items are not rinsed, additional charges will be applied. Linens do not have to be washed, but must be dry and free of debris causing mildew and staining. However, all items come to you sanitized and ready to use. 
 Q: What should I do if my rental order is incorrect?
A: We encourage you to check over your order upon delivery or pick-up. If there is a problem, call Cascade Rental Center immediately so we can resolve the issue effectively. If after hours, leave a message on our answering service and someone will be in contact with you. 
 Q: What if I have damaged or missing rental items?
A: The renter is responsible for all items from the time it is received, until the time it is returned. Please be sure to secure and protect all items until it is returned to Cascade Rental Center. If items are damaged or missing, this will incur extra charges.
